Has anyone used the Sony DVP-CX860 with dual sided
DVD-R's??? Specifically the ones that you can get from http://www.cd-recordable.com/ for 5.95 per disk? This might be a good alternative since this DVD Player can flip and play the second side of a DVD. Oh, It's a 300+1 player!!! so you can see where I'm going with this.
If anyone has any experience with this player, please comment. I wish the thing played SVCD's, but it doesn't, so I'm pursuing a DVD alternative and Don't really want to re-encode/re-author if I don't have to. There's a growing base of information about putting dvd-9 on dvd-5 disks (2 per movie), and dual sided disks would give me a single disk to work with. Pretty nice.
Any comments appreciated
