Are there any programs that will, without re-encoding anything, de-multiplex a vob into a mpg (or m2v) and its various audio tracks (wav)?

Argh. I ignored this thread at first because I didn't want to look like I was playing favorites (though clearly, Mij, nobody makes me laugh like you do).
The program you're looking for is called VOBrator, I think. Not sure where to find it, but it's the sort of thing doom9 would carry. -

SmartRipper does it to just use stream processing and extract to file. Check out the link below.
