    Hi,
Here is my issue, I had a large blu-ray folder which I used TSMuxerGUI to change to 1 ~35GB M2TS file, I then used Video Redo to cut a segment from that file about 7GB which I saved in .TS format, I need to add additional audio tracks to the video so I used a program with a timeline to get the new audio's in sync with the video, which is easy enough, and I then demux the .TS files with TSMuxerGUI and I'm left with .264, a ac3 file (ac3 file not needed) and the new .ac3 audio's I have cut to size.

    So now I have, 1 x .264
    4 x .ac3

When I check them, they all have the exact same length and fit together perfectly, however when I run these files thru TSMuxerGUI again to mux to either M2TS, or MP4 format but the final product always has the audio well out of sync start to finish. I have tried this several times trying to vary things where I can, but still the same result.

So really, I would like to ask if I should try different tools which may give a better result or if I am doing something more fundamentally wrong and I'm never going to get it working the way I'm doing it.

Any help would be greatly received I would really like to get this figured out. Bellow I have listed the details of the files I am using, if any more info is needed please ask and I'll find out what I can.

after u've done the "edited" ts file u want, open the .ts file in Media Player Classic Home Cinema and use the + and - keys on the right hand side of the keyboard to check how far outta sync your audio is

now u can open up the app..delaycut...and take each individual ac3 file and add the exact amount of delay u need...let's say the delay is -140ms...on the right hand side of the app you'll see the "delay" section...tick the box "original length" and in the first box put..-140...if u wanna add 140 just put...140 (no +)...click on "process" and thats it

now remux the ts the way you did it b4 and check the delay and see if they're in sync...if not, continue the same process..it's time consuming but it works like a charm...i was doing a few days ago and it did fine

Wow, your super fast and thanks for your help I wonder if you know of another tool that can calculate the delay i need to add or remove, I tried Media Player Classic Home Cinema but it doesnt seem to want to play the .ts file, I tried changing from .ts to .M2TS to see if that helped but it didn't.
Thanks again for your help tho, and have looked at Delaycut and I think when I can get the time delay correct I will have it cracked so much respect.

my guess is that you dont have the proper codecs to play thru MPC...i only know of this way to check audio sync visually...depending on your codec pack, tinker with the settings to get it to work with MPC...i.e...install ffdshow and set the codecs u wanna install...make sure 264 is ticked in the ffdshow install and u should be able to play it fine..then you'll be able to see the milliseconds in the bottom left hand corner...i don't know of any other player that lets u speed up the audio to check delay except MPC

    Hi,

Well, for whatever reason I couldn't get it going with MPC which is a shame as clearly that would be much easier. I have worked out a method of doing it tho, which is to estimate how far out the sound is in the version that is out of sync and attempt to add or remove that much from the .ac3 files. Then is a case of remuxing lots of slightly different lengths of .ac3 to find the one that fits.
It works but is very time comsuming and im sure by far not the easiest was to do it, but hey ho!

Thanks again for taking the time to help Moontrash
