How does Lightscribe work?

I just installed a new Samsung SHS162LBEBN with Lightscribe, but there were now instructions, just a nero disc and the oem drive(newegg).

Can someone give me a few pointers? I thought there would be a manual aty least on a cd.

not much to know. install drive. install lightscribe system driver. use lightscribe enabled software to design/print label on lightscribe cdr/dvdr. if you don't have the required driver and/or software, i believe there is a free version of surething available at lightscrbe.com in the downloads section along with a generic driver.
