Problem With ImgBurn

When ever I try to burn a dvd I get the following:

I 21:03:15 Writing LeadIn...
I 21:04:18 Writing Image...
I 21:07:04 Synchronising Cache...
W 21:09:50 Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - Session Fixation Error Writing Lead Out


Sometimes the DVD will still play sometimes it won't. Any clue whats going on or what ever info I should provide to get a better response?

Could be the two most common problem's .

1: Poor media ... try better brand .
2: Rule's broken ... try not writing more than 4.3gig to media ... fixation of end "error"

Could also be drive developing issue with media ... if it's done alot of work ... try giving it a good clean ( do it a couple of time's) , and see how it gose .
