Any idea what the problem is?

It lets me rip the wav.. but when i try to play the wav in all my media players it says a codec is missing heres the error message I get when I open it in WMP

Windows Media Player cannot play the file (or cannot play either the audio or video portion of the file) because the -0010-8000-00AA00389B71} codec is not installed on your computer

Any help would be greatly appreciated

have you tried using MKVtoolnix and mkvextractGUI to extract the audio stream?

Install MKVtoolnix, then install mkvextractGUI into the same directory and run MKVextractGUI.exe. The audio will still be AAC (it extracts the stream, no rip/conversion takes place), if you want to convert it, you could probably use a program like goldwave.
