I have Video studio 10 and i would like to know how to delete the audio from a video that i captured with my digital movie camera. i have a three minute video that i captured in AVI mode and want to remove the original audio and replace it with music. i am kind of new to this so bear with me.thanks.

I don't have v10, but here is how you can do it in v9.
1. Import your DV clip. Edit as desired.
2. Selct Audio mode (top tab)
3. Right click on your DV clip and select "Split Audio". This will shift the audio to the narration track. You can delete the audio or just adjust level to zero. That keeps the audio there if you want to use it later.
4. Import your music to the music track.
