I'm trying to join a 2 sided dvd, which i have already ripped to 2 VIDEO-TS folders, to one VIDEO-TS folder (with the size of the original 2 V-TS folders together) for later encoding with handbrake. How to do that?

DVD2oneX is what i use. If your source is larger than a standard DVD-R, you can create a custom disk size (ie larger than 4400), and it won't compress it.
