Problem with joining the video clips

I use Avi mpeg wmv rm joiner and normaly dont have problems with joining the clips.
This time i wasnt so lucky.

My joined clip doesnt play well.
Video picture stops at certain point (at location where the small videos were joined) and i must push seek line a bit further so that video plays the rest of the clip.

Detailed description of what happens with my file: The video plays 2min 20s. The next time must be 2min 21s but insted of that my timer jumps to 2min 40s. From 2min 20s to 2min 40s.
At that time my video picture doesnt play any more (it stays the same as it was at 2min 20s) but the seek line continue to move further and also time.


Audio sound and video picture are also not syhronized.

Small clips are not damaged so the reason isnt there.
The smaller clips was working perfect before i have joined them.

Can i do something so that my big file will play fluent.
I have tried videorepair and i have also tried with converting. The situation didnt change.

What kind of file is it avi?

I think that the reason is not in file type. I can convert this file to any other type.

The file is in mpg format.

I have allready deleted my smaller clips.
I will try this tool next time.
