svchost is a system service which is running; usually there are several that launch on boot, so that is normal, and depending on what is being loaded it is okay.

So the problem seems to be a service that is re-directing your browser, and that is definitely unusual. I attempted to load the referenced URLs and all I got was a dead link. At this point the only thing that will possibly reveal what is being loaded is a Hijack This log.

sounds like your firewall is doing its job. you have auto updates on in AVG?
    windows updates enabled?
each svchost is a service thats running, not ncessarily a bad thing can be several running at once
you may be able to do a cmd prompt to see what service is running. what OS are you using?
    or download this freeware:

The reason it's "reporting" DVDShrink is because one of it's options is to phone home to check for newer versions. There will NEVER be a new version of DVDShrink, so just go into it's options and turn this off.
