Ok I am using TMPGEnc.. I have a .bmp image and I am trying t make a .mpg out of it that lasts 30 seconds. How can I do this? I made it like a millisecond, but I cant find how to make it last longer. Thanks

Make a 30 second blank WAV file in Windows Sound Recorder. Use this WAV as the audio file to multiplex with your BMP. If you get some hiss use the audio adjust in TMPEGENC to set the level of the sound to 0%.
