psp mp4 movies

can anyone help me ive just got a psp and want to play my own movies on it when i use psp movie creator i get 2 movie files
M4V20023.MP4
M4V20023.THM
there work fine on my psp

then i got some other mp4 but its only one file and there dont play on my psp
charlie and the chocolate fact.mp4

is there anythink i can do to get the 2files so i can play them on my psp

The mp4 filenames have to be M4VXXXXX.MP4 - where XXXXX is a number. You dont need 2 files, just files named correctly.

You could try running the video file through PSP Video 9 (free) or ImToo PSP Video Converter.This should rename the files automatically.
