    Did it install without Incident? Is this a fresh install or has it worked previuosly and this has only just happened?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    This was an 'upgrade'. It made me un-install the older build.

    This happens upon start up. But if I close it and try a few times, the programs opens without problem. However, I got that far but when I
    tried to author a DVD and convert/burn it, the same error popped up.
