.iso to a MPEG, avi or .vob

I have a movie on my HD, which is in .iso format, how can i convert this to a mpeg, avi or .vob file? and
i burned a .vob file into a DVD+RW and its playing on a standalone DVD player, but you can here the people talking but after few seconds you can see their mouth actually moving. how can i fix this problem?

ISO is not a format, it's a disc image, and it can be literally anything that can be burnt to disc.

You need to extract whatever it is you have - see https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=233348 for assistance - then take action depending on what it is you actually have.

Use MagicISO to burn it to a DVD, you can watch it on any dvd player usually, and it works great, takes like 2 clicks.

i did manage to use the DAEMON tools, and i extracted the files. I am trying to use Nero Express to burn the files to a DVD+RW ( the files wer AVSEQ01, AVSEQ02) but after 30 minutes it says" unable to create structure"?? any idea what might couse the problem?

Sounds like you have either a VCD or SVCD inside the ISO - check https://www.videohelp.com/vcd#struct and https://www.videohelp.com/svcd#struct to see which folder layout matches what you have.

If you're going to burn to a disk anyway why bother extracting anything? Just use Nero's burn disk image function.

Because there's a sync problem .... and you gotta extract the files to be able to fix that
