    I just converted to Windows XP and now when I try to open an avi for conversion in TMGEnc is says it is invalid or unsupported. Am I missing a plugin or driver or something.

    Get the Kristal Studios Codec pack and the latest DivX codec..

    I'm able to open an .avi in tmpgenc, and I have Win XP. And I didn't have to do anything special to make it work either.
