    Hi

I tried to open up the Magnifier Glass on my Winfast A360 MYVIVO graphics card today. This crashed my system.

I've had the card for over a year - no problems.

After the crash I decided to reinstall the drivers etc.

Here is what I do not believe is happening . . . .

I have Clone view for editing.

Everything is showing up as it should on the TV monitor.

BUT when I play an .avi file in Windows Media Player 10 - the file plays on the computer, BUT the Media Player shows in the TV view but the video screen (inside WMP ) is blank. How can that be?

i.e. the avi file is not displaying on the TV even though WMP is showing.

I have checked the wiring, options everything I can think off.

How can a Clone view provide everything as the computer monitor does BUT NOT show the video itself.

I hope I'm explaining this OK.

    I am totally stumped.

Thanks for any help you might be able to give.

    Stephen

Overlay. Turn off hardware acceleration. (Overlay can only dislay on 1 device at a time)

Same ting happens on laptops with external monitors, if you use both at the same time.

Thanks - but I haven't got Overlay on.

Just to clarify - everything works on the 'clone' monitor, except for the video itself.

The media player is displaying - the slide bar is moving BUT NO PICTURES.

    Thanks anyway.

    Cracked it.

    My fault.

On my grahics card under: Full Screen Video Controls - I must have disabled Full Screen Device.

I've unticked it and it's now working.

Sometimes I can't see the wood for the trees!

    Thanks.
