I have a Magnavox MDV458 player. I burn .mpeg files onto a DVD+R. Some .mpegs I can see and some I can't. FOR EXAMPLE, I burn 4 videos on a DVD. 2 of them I can see on the player and the other 2 will not be shown.

I have allready done the basics and compared file names, bitrate, resolution etc. Even GSPOT cant tell a diff between these files. Whats the deal? Anybody know about this?

    Thanks,
    Steve

I can't see anything different either

What did you use to create your VCDs ?

One other question - why did you convert to VCD first (and one to XVCD), as opposed to simply backing up the DVDs ? You'll retain much better quality that way
    If in doubt, Google it.

I didnt use anything to convert to VCD, these files are downloads. I wish the orig author did back up directly to DVD. Im still trying to figure out what codecs my DVD player has to allow ONLY certain files to play.

You are in breach of the forum rules and are being issued with a formal warning. No warez.

    I notice you're under 18 here: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=259298
Do your parents know you're watching porn?

The reason you cannot buy them is you're not old enough!

I'd suggest you might want to read the AUP again then, since these are available to buy on DVD here, here, here and here.
    If in doubt, Google it.
