I am searching for a tool that can do this. I have a fan made dvd with 2 commentary tracks on it, one in each speaker. I'd like to make a new disc where each commentary has its own track.

    Hi,

One option is to rip with dvd decrypter in demux mode. Than you can rip just the audio file. From their use besweetgui to make indivual wav files from the vob file.

There are also audio ripper tools for dvds in the tools section found on the left of the screen. From there you would convert the file to wav or mp3 (probably a save option in the program) and then edit it yourself.
