Hi,
Here there is an info https://www.videohelp.com/vcd#tech
I convert avi to mpg with TMPGenc and use same audio and video prefences with quote above,PAL Video:
1150 kbit/sec MPEG-1
352 x 288 pixels
25 frames/second
Audio: 44100 Hz 224 kbit/sec MPEG-1 Layer2
When i try to burn mpg with nero as VCD, it says "file is not compatible, it will encode again before burning".
Why is still not compatible? What am i doing wrong?
Thanks!

What is selected under the System tab for Stream type?
AFAIK this should be MPEG-1 VideoCD.Cole -
Cole, there are mpeg-1 and mpeg-2 only in Stream Type, not video-cd.
Baldrick, I tried TMPGenc with project wizard and choosed "Pal VideoCD" template then problem solved. Thanks!
But all prefences are same with pal-vcd template, i didnt understand why its doing different, can it be done without project wizard?
