Hi guys...
There are some Quicktime Mov files that TMPGEnc cannot handle (floating decimal point errors, or just crashing during encoding)...
I followed the guide provided, using Rad Video Tools (and Total Recorder where needed). I have also installed Pic MJPEG codec as instructed...
But the resulting Avi file is simply not working with anything... the file format is unsupported. This message appears in both Windows Media player and TMPGEnc.
Any suggestions on what may be causing the problem?
Do I need to adjust any settings in Rad that were not listed in the guide?
Cheers in advance for any help provided!
