    do i have to change somtihing tmpgenc's settings in order for tmpgenc to encode my .wav + .avi files to .mpeg file or i should only load them and start the wizard as usuall?

    I prefer not to use the wizard, but you should still just be able to load your AVI file as video source, and then your WAV file as your audio source.
    If in doubt, Google it.
