  1. The picture from my sattalite looks great on my TV, but horrible on my computer. I have an All-In-Wonder graphics card, and im using ATi MMC to view TV. Is there anything i can do to improve quality?

Im using Coaxial cable to connect.
My monitor resolution is set to 1280x1024.

Its not that i dont know how to capture, Its just that the quality of the TV on my computer isnt as good as it is on my regular TV. It has nothing to do with the capturing. I just didnt know where else to post this.

Use RF coax as last resort.
S-Video will produce the best result, Yellow composite next best.

Right I know. But it looks better on my TV, then on my PC. Using the exact same cables.

If it still looks bad bypassing the ATI tuner with S-Video, then either the Sat tuner is putting out crap or your computer is doing all it can.

So you are upscaling approx 352x480 to 1280x1024. Do you see the problem?

Try monitor at 640x480 or 800x600 and move back 10 feet.
