    You might try this: Before capturing/"converting," de-frag your hard drive.

    (If this doesn't help, hopefully someone else will have some advice that will work for you.)

    What did you use to Author the DVD?

  5. That just might been the problem,Have you tried anyother way? try to use a stand alone encoder then Author the Mp2 to DVD.

  7. I would encode to Mpeg2 with TMPgenc or MainConcept MPEG Encoder and Author with Ulead Movie Factory ,TDA,Ulead DVD Workshop,DVD Architect. You Pick take alook at the trials and see what you Like.

    I have similar problem with dvdsanta. I am converting some music videos from different format (eg wmv, avi, m2v, mpg). Some output have a/v sync problem. The audio seems to be sped up, thus play beyond video. Only on some files tho. I checked the original file and it plays find. Any idea how to fix this?
