Keep in mind that most of the cheaper ones restrict/limit the video resolution. You won't find a cheap kvm switch that lets you play DOOM 3 at 1280 x 1024 at 85hz.

I purchased one and hated it. The audio shareing on it sucked. Trying to remember the brand though and pulling a blank, they are usually considered decent. The whole switched worked fine except the audio which blew.
