Hopefully it's the same for 7.0, I'm still using 6.

Get all the images you want to make the PDF out of in one place. Go to File > Create PDF > From multiple files... and browse to the folder where you've got the files. Select them all and then rearrange them. May be easier to do this by chapters first and make seperate PDFs for each chapter and then assemble the chapters.

If you import everything at once scroll to the beginning of a chapter and the bring up the "Bookmarks" window by selecting its tab on the left side of the Acrobat window. Use the "Create Bookmark" button at the top of that new window to set a chapter bookmark, name it what you want. There are some other options available for bookmarks under that tab if you want to play with it.

I don't follow. PDF is a document format, a web page is a script. You can link to the PDF from another web page but it will then still be a PDF and must either be downloaded and viewed locally or viewed through the browser via the Acrobat plugin.

You just upload it to your website and link to it like any other downloadable file. It is then up to the person viewing it how they'd like to handle it, be it downloading and viewing or viewing though their browser.

Just store it on the web somewhere. There are tons of free sites out there if you don't have a website yet. Then, all you do is direct people to go to
    Code:
    http://www.yoursite.com/file.pdf
Usually, Acrobat Reader opens up in their internet browser. Either that, or they will do a "save as" and open it up on their own.

just as a sidenote, OpenOffice is a Free MS Office Alternative and it will natively convert any office document to .pdf.

I know you may be thinking Free = poor quality, but you will be very surprised if you try it out. For the general office user it does everything you could want and more. It is java based so the initial load up time is a little longer than MS Office..but it's FREE and it can read/write files in office format.
