I'm having problem with DVD Skrink 3.2, it keep giving me a error after the backup is done saving to the hard drive and right when i put a blank dvd in, it burn for a couple of second then it give me a error..i wasted some many blank dvd on this problem.. anyone know what's wrong. i reformat my pc and it still giving me the same problem. i try dvd decrypter too and it's giving me a problem too when i burn it. On nero it let me burn cd r but it won't let me burn Dvd.. this is what it say on Dvd skrink when it give me a error

Usually bad media. Try different media first. Then maybe the firmware upgrade Shocker Milwaukee suggested.
Can also be caused by a dirty laser lens.
