Problems DVD Rebuilder with CCE Basic....

I have been using Rebuilder with CCE Basic (58$) for months and everything has been fine, perfect, great, BUT then the other day I started getting this error

D:\DVDBackup\2\D2VAVS\V01000000001001.avs: Unkown type

Then if I click ok it goes through like 10 of these, but I guess that is depending on the movie then it says

DVD-RB Error
There is nothing to do!
DVD-RB couldn't locate appropriate files in working directory! You must prepare and encode first. Aborting


I am really confused/frustrated because things were running smooth and then this came all of a sudden. Any toughts??? Thanks.

Well I reinstalled everything and it seems to be working now, but I still don't get what happened. Hope I didn't waste anyone's time.
