major... any suggestions?

hi major i read a post about how to convert from ogm to avi... and you said use divx (libavc) quick preset and audio preset = 1.
i use ffmpegx 0.9s and there's no quick preset such as divx (libavc)... so thw question is which preset should i use to convert from ogm to avi.

by the way i can watch this ogm file in vlc but when drag and drop the file in ffmpeg it says unrecognize?

any help?

Hi, I'mk not major but I think I can help.

Basically DivX=MPEG4 and libavc=FFmpeg, so select mpeg4 (ffmpeg).

i'll try that, but as i said i can watch the ogm file with vlc but when i drag and drop the file into ffmpeg it says unrecognized... is that normal for that format?
