what does the LS in soundblaster card mean

I bought a ati aiw 9600xt video card and the television sound is out of sync. I didn't mess with the video card settings much because I just installed it last night, but I am planning on buying a new sound card to eliminate any issues from my internal sound card. Walmart has a Soundblaster Live LS 5.1 for $28.72. Newegg had a couple of Soundblaster card Live 5.1 cards for 29.99 but they weren't LS. Would there be a noticable between the cards.

Creative doesn't know what it means either.

This is a reply they emailed me.
"The Live 5.1 LS may be an OEM version of the Live! 5.1.
Unfortunately we do not have any information on the Live 5.1 LS. You
may
want to contact Walmart for the specifications."

I put the box covers side by side on the Internet and noticed the the LS says "the standard in 5.1 digital surround" and the Non LS version says "COMPLETE 5.1 digital audio solution." The Non LS also says dolby digital on the box which the LS doesn't.
