I have tried recording in different formats and with different codecs, also tried using different media players . Here are my system specs
Windows XP
P4 2.8 ghz
1gb DDR 2700 RAM
Hauppage Win-TV-GO
ATI Radeon 9800 pro
Soundblaster Audigy
I have downloaded the latest drivers from the hauppage site and am using their software to do my capturing through titantv.com. I read the sticky and everything seems to be fine in my department, I capture to my main harddrive which is a 7200 rpm 160gb HD, my soundcard is PCI, etc.... I really dont think I am dropping any frames, my computer is fairly fast (Dell 4600). I will be using this to capture stuff from cable tv (live a tivo, but free).
