    Hi guys,

    I have TMPGenc and TMPGenc3.0Xpress, i'm having problems trying to ope file with both softwares. The message says "cannot open unsupported files". Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    You can use Gspot to find out what type of file it is.

    ok -- now use gspot and tell us what kind of avi file ...

    there are over 50 types of avi files
