    Hello,

I am here once again rsrs
I have the following problem when command convert my videos to the server with ffmpeg

    Code:
Unsupported codec (id = 0) for input stream #0.0

The command I'm using is the following:

    Code:
    ffmpeg -i video.avi -ab 128k -ar 44100 -b 800k -r 25 -qscale 5 -s 480x360 -f flv video.flv

Anyone know tell me what can I do to correct this error, as tested on my machine and work properly, tested on the server worked with a video in avi and the other were not sure

  2. do you have the codec installed for the source video? use mediainfo or gspot to determine what codec is used, and install it if needed. if you do have the codec installed then the error means just what it says, ffmpeg can't handle that type of input.

Well, I think I have the codec installed, because I that converts a file type on the server and it converted without any errors but the file was small, now with a larger file that has this error there, because I did an installation of ffmpeg in my server, and sends the binary to it, I do not know because it only works with certain conversion, and also realized that after I convert the video I try to open my browser and does not open, but when down to my machine it opens normally.
Anyone know tell me why not run in my browser and the other videos from other sites and I do not run.

Same problem here. HuffYUV is source codec. FFMPEG just craps itself.
