I only want to cut off DVD's extra like FBI Warning etc. but I need to keep the original menu & subtitle.

Check out tools like TitleSet Blanker and VOB Blanker. If I'm not mistaken they let you replace unwanted titles with short blank cells, which is effectively cutting them out while retaining (most of) the structure of the original DVD.
These tools may not work for all situations though. For example, when an FBI warning is actually a cell in the main movie PGC. -
VOBBlanker or titlesetblanker would be my recommendations.
