  1. I tried searching and came up with nothing specific.. This might be in the wrong section for all I know. This place is huge..

My question is what software is out there that supports dvd9 to dvd9 with a dual layer burner? What is considered the best software out so far? Any new software coming out? Thanks in advance..

Assume you mean 'Dual Layer'. Added to what Adder_78 said, DVDShrink,TMPGEnc DVD Author. There are quite a few popular programs that have included DL support. If you check in 'Tools' and view the changelog for the popular programs, you will usually see it was recently added.

  4. Thank you and yes I did mean dual layer.. I'm looking for some of the one click programs. Like dvdxcopy etc.. With the dual layer burner I'm not too worried about taking out or removing anything with a dual layer..

You don't have to remove anything. Just rip the files to the Hard Drive (with DVD Decrypter etc) and just burn those files, with Nero for example, or directly with DVD Decrypter. Very simple 8)

Look, copying a DVD-9 to a DL DVDR is no different than copying a DVD-5 to a 4.7 DVDR.

    Same thing !
    If in doubt, Google it.
