Keep Getting Error While Opening File Message in Process Scr

I'm trying to re-encode a 5.31 gb vob file down to a dvd4 size VIDEO_TS folder using the DVD ffmpeg preset. I keep getting this message in the process info screen:

Anyway to get this to work?

Check if your Quicktime Player is enabled to play VOB files (install the QT mpeg-2 player component if not).
