Okay, my searches have come up dry and I really want to try recording something. My problem is that I can't figure out how to get VirtualDub to accept receiving audio from my onboard sound input, while taking video from my capture card. I switched to Windows Line In from the Windows Mixer drop down in the VirtualDub menu, but it won't "take". When I go back it's back to the audio mixer controls for my capture card. How do I get my selection to stick?

Never mind. Figured this one out. Duh. Just select the desired record source as default in Windows Audio Properties.
