Just got DVD burner help please

ok i just got a burner... tips i got was get DVD clone, decrypter, shrink. then Decrypt , shrink, hitback up and then i should be set. so i decyrpted a dvd saved it to a folder then shrunk it and hit back up and now the folder i saved it to in the begining there is 4 different types of files

2 BUP
1 ABM
7 VOB
3 IFO

now i tried to burn it with the decrypter and none of these files are reconized or whatever , i dont even know whats the movie are what.

a link to a helpful easy to understand guide or someone with patinence and knows how to explain this easy would be very very appreciated.

Use this guide to rip the files to your Hard Drive

Use this guide to feed the files into DVDShrink - output to an ISO Image and burn with DVDDecrypter

quick question... it says put dvd in dvd drive i have and external dvd writer does it mean the writer or my Rom... may sound stupid haha

Put blank media in the external writer to burn, either to rip

Either for the original, but your ROM will probably rip quicker.

A blank in the writer when you get to the DVDShrink part.
