I have 2 burners, one a Toshiba set to slave, the other an NEC set to master, both set to DMA. I can copy discs fine using just the NEC, but when I try to read with the Toshiba and burn with the NEC it won't work. I hit the copy button and a couple of seconds later it says burn process failed. I'm doing regular copying, not on the fly. Nero is version 6.6, OS is XP SP1. Is there some setting that's wrong? I haven't changed anything since I installed Nero. Or is it just a Nero problem? If I use DVD Shrink I can read with the Toshiba and copy to the NEC no problem. The Toshiba will read discs that the NEC chokes on, but the NEC does excellent burns, that's why I want to use the Toshiba to read once in awhile while using the NEC to burn.
