can some one help me ?

I downloaded a lot of divx movies,but after converting them
with tmpgenc or the panasonic encoder the audio is not
synchrome with the video anymore !!

I tried it with divxcodec 4.01 and 4.02 but no difference.

I also (de)multiplexed the movie with the mpegtools of
tmpenc but that didn't solve the problem ;-(

Anyone had the same problems or any idea what to do ?
