If you must use DVD Decrypter then you will need to make an image of your vobs, then use Daemon Tools and mount the image, then open in DVD Decrypter. Much easier to use ReJig in file mode.

VOBEdit can also do the job.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Smartripper can also open and re-rip from files on your HD.

  6. thanks!!!

i tried VOBEdit and work fine..

but only with a few files..

i ask this because i work with scenarist, and sometimes i like to re-authoring dvds, to add my own menus and stuff or to make recopilations of the best parts of my concerts...

it works fine when i rip directly form the dvd, (demuxing) and the add the m2v and ac3 files to scenarist...
(works all the time with dvd Decrypter)

but when i have the files in my HD and i want to do the same (demux them to later import them in scenarist)
I use VOBeDit but when i import the ac3 or pcm files to scenarist i usually get
    Error Invalid sampling Quantization.
Error Failed to import audio file.

    dont know why

i'll try with daemon tools like steveryan said..

anyone know why i get this in scenarist?
or another way to use the files in my HD in DVD Decrypter

    thanks a lot

That would happen if you demux a VOB from the middle of the titleset e.g. VTS_01_2.VOB. Beginning of the file may contain an incomplete audio pack in this case causing the error. For use in Scenarist, always demux the first file in a titleset (VTS_xx_1.VOB) and use the options Demux All Audio/Video streams. This way, it'll demux the entire VTS. If required, you can split the titleset into VOBs by VobID or CellID first using the same Demux button and then demux the resulting VOBs.
