    hi i'm just wondering if anyone knows what "oem" stands for. i've got a cd that says "nero oem suite"

    Original Equipment Manufacturer. Means that disc will most likely only work on the burner it was bundled with. If it came with a motherboard, it may work elsewhere. It also may be a crippled version, though that's unlikely with Nero.
