Hi
Been recording a tv series. as its taking a lot of space i am thinking cut out the commercials and compress it down to a 2gb file. Been trying to use VideoRedo Tvsuite 4 to do this and followed the "Using VideoReDo Plus to remove commercials" guide. Which is basically using videoredo in cut mode - cutting out the commercials - save the file, but the output is always messed up. the scenes are not in sequence.

What am i doing wrong?
