how to see a movie while capturing on the television

hi all.
while I'm capturing, I want to see the movie on the television, that is connected to my radeon 9200 graphics card.
when I connect the tv I see everything, not only the movie.
is it possible ?

I do not know how to do iot with the radeon 9200, but it is possible

I do it with a matrox g 550. On the video card there is a second output for analog tv (s video) . I convert this to composite video with a connector, and display on the TV. In order to get the image to be "just' the tv show and not the computerer screen, I set the setting in the graphics driver (display proerties> settings> advanced>... in w2k)
