  1. Hi, I have a problem with DVD Shrink 3.1, there is a NTSC film which i wish to make region free using this program but every time i try and load the disc into the program a error comes up and so stops me.
    'Failed to open file "D:\Video_TS\VTS_01_5.VOB"
The system cannot find the file specified'

Does anyone know what this means & why it is doing this, and how to overcome this problem. Many thanks in advance.

If it is laready another region code and y0our reader if not set to that region it won't even open it. Use AnyDVD running in the background and will render your DVD drive as region free and all disk as unprotected. Unless there is actually something wrong with your ntsc files themselves, it ought to work. I run dvdshrink / anydvd and I've been able to do anything with it. Is this an actual disk or from another source? Can you play it on your computer??
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
