  1. Hey folks,

I have been using TMPGnc for over a year and never had a problem. Now all of a sudden it keeps shutting down on me when I try to encode. I have used the same setting for a year nothing have been changed except for the versions I used. Can someone please help me? I am at a loss right now.

    Thanks

  2. Honestly, i've had the same thing happen to me before also. Once it started that, i couldn't get it to even open the proggy anymore. I completely uninstalled it, dug through my registry with "jv16 power tools" (search for it on yahoo, excellent reg prog) and wipped out all the tmpgenc keys. Beware though, don't remove it unless you know what it is. Then I reinstalled it and viola! worked like a charm! One last thing, check: https://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc#problems to see if maybe this will help you. Could be a different problem than mine. Hope this helps!

I've had problems with TMPGEnc, and I deleted it and then reinstalled to a different location and it was working perfectly again.
