Help : Prevent pause in burned DVD-R

Hello,

After being able to shrink DVDs using DVDShrink, I noticed in all of my burned copies that they will pause in some point of the movie. I was using CopytoDVD. Can anyone give me a tip as to how to prevent this?or whats causing this.Thanks a heap!

If it's only pausing once about half way 2/3rds of the way into the movie, it could be your process isn't taking into account the VTS vectors around where the layer change would be. I don't use the software you describe so I'm guessing why you're having problems with that one.

If it keeps pausing, it could be your playback device and media aren't the most compatible.

there's an option in dvdshrink that removes the layer break.

go to preferences
output file tab
place a check next to "remove layer break"
