We're looking for a DVD recorder that has the ability to be controlled (pause/record) by the camcorder via Firewire or possibly a LANC (or similar protocol) unit.
We have mini-dv camcorders, but we're looking to have unedited DVDs available ASAP after the event. We've been researching and looking for some time with no luck.
Any and all guidance is really appreciated.
