    I am putting a series of 6 x 30min avi's onto DVD as VCD's.....in general that's going OK.

    Episodes 1,2 & 6 are done.

3,4,5 are causing me a headache:

Episode 1: 448x352/25fps/48khz - split out the audio in Vdub, used TMPGEnc to produce the Mpeg - fine, no probs.

Episode 3: same details as above - TMPGEnc wants to make an Mpeg 122 minutes long, and 1.22gb !! (episodes 4 & 5 are similarly wierd)

And I have acanned for bad frames.

    any ideas folks ?

Fifth one down, is this your problem? Try doing what Baldrick says and post up again if it doesn't work for you.

Sorry, should have said: there IS a priority of 2 on that, AND the .wav was put in separately.

Think I've solved it.........converted and saved to .wav @ 44.1khz rather than 48khz, and the file sizes/times are realistic.

Haven't made Mpeg yet though !
