Power Dvd problem

I have been using Power Dvd with Remote Selector fine for the last 6 months purely to be able to play region 1 dvds as well as the Uk region 2 ones. Now today for some reason when I try and play a region 1 dvd on Power Dvd it comes up with the message:

Error Code F4D41436
The Tv Out port on your display card is not working properly.

This copy protected disc can not be played when tv out function is enabled.

Can someone please help? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Power Dvd but no joy. I can play Region 2 dvds ok.

I may be wrong with this, but I recall PowerDVD has a 'timer' that only lets you change the region so many times. Probably written to the registry so that reinstall does'nt help. Maybe some kind of legal mandate. Maybe someone else can confirm/deny this. I use only one region media, so I really don't know.
