I just bought an Avermedia PCI card that comes with neoDVD software. I had my first test captured video and requires some advise or help.
1. Using the neoDVD, the video displayed and mpg file is showing fuzzy or distortion at the bottom part of the video. Is there a way to fix this?
2. The mpg file captured by neoDVD can't be opened by TMPGEnc or the DVD Author. Does anybody have problems like me? Is there a workaround?
The neoDVD software works for me even if there are some negatives mentioned on this bundled software. I tried Ulead Movie factory and I have the same problems as above. I did try Intervideo WinDVD recorder but I can't make it work.
I tried some research on this site from how-to's and selected forums and can't seem to find a direct answer to my problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
